This privacy notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of donersandoner.com.tr and people who contact us.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, phone number and message you share through the contact form.
- Phone and WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the call or chat when you call us or write via WhatsApp.
- Security: IP address, date/time and browser information recorded in server logs when you visit the site.
- Marketing (only with your consent): information on ad clicks and your contact actions on the site (form submission, clicks on phone or WhatsApp links) via Google advertising cookies.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your enquiries, orders and dealership applications,
- Sending product and price offers and carrying out sales and shipping,
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (spam, automated requests),
- Measuring the effectiveness of our ads, if you consent,
- Complying with legal obligations and requests of competent authorities.
4. Legal grounds
We process your data under KVKK Article 5/2 on the grounds of entering into or performing a contract (c), complying with legal obligations (ç) and our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Advertising measurement cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Collection method
Data is collected directly from you via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, and automatically via cookies and server logs when you visit the site.
6. Transfers
Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our hosting provider and, where legally required, with competent public authorities. If you consent to advertising cookies, the related data is transferred to Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), whose servers are also located abroad, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Article 9). If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure.
7. Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under Article 7, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can send your requests with information identifying you to info@donersandoner.com.tr or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
